This case involves our colleague, Julia Maldonado, who represented the wife at mediation where the parties settled then at the prove up where the judge approved the agreement. Maldonado then filed a motion to withdraw, which was granted, and then attempted to intervene for her fees. The trial judge granted a motion to strike the intervention.
